How long does a service take?

Allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for a thorough service. We won't rush it. If we find something that needs attention we'll explain it and give you a clear quote before touching anything extra.

What if you find a fault during the service?

We'll tell you immediately, explain the issue in plain language, and give you a clear quote for any repair. You can choose to proceed or not — there's no pressure.

Do I need to be home for the service?

Yes — an adult (18+) needs to be present. We send a booking reminder the day before with your 2-hour window so you can plan around it.
