- Step01Step 1
System assessment
We check water colour, radiator temperature distribution and boiler pressure to assess sludge severity and determine the chemicals needed.
- Step02Step 2
Descaler circulated
Chemical descaler added and circulated at high velocity through the whole system — boiler, pump, pipework and every radiator.
- Step03Step 3
Each radiator flushed
Every radiator isolated and flushed individually. We show you the waste water colour — black water in, clear water out.
- Step04Step 4
Inhibitor & filter
Fresh Fernox inhibitor added. Magnetic filter cleaned or installed. System balanced and pressure confirmed.
